What is your turnaround time?
We turn every session around within 10-14 Days.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Hampton Roads, Virginia, but we love to travel! We can arrange to document your story anywhere around the world.
How much are additional edited photographs?
We charge $10 per additional photo edit.
Do you allow video revisions?
Every video we allow one free revision to meet your needs, any revisions past that are $50 per revision.
Do you require a deposit?
We charge a nonrefundable 20% booking deposit to hold your session. If any issues should arise with your booking deposit, please email us.
What happens if I am late?
Due to the nature of our work, we charge $150 per half hour past the original booking time, if we are able to offer an extension at all.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards, cash, and cash app are accepted.
